Sewn End Filter Elements
Durable & High-Temperature Filtration Solutions
Sewn End Filter Elements are built with rugged metal baskets and hand-sewn textile media, offering exceptional durability and performance. Designed without potting materials or synthetic end seals, these elements are ideal for aggressive chemical environments and high-temperature applications where standard molded-end filters may fail.
However, with advancements in polyurethane technology, molded-end elements can now replace sewn-end filters in most common applications—offering the same reliability at a fraction of the cost.
Key Features & Benefits
- Built for Harsh Conditions: Withstands aggressive chemicals and high temperatures better than molded-end filters.
- All-Metal & Textile Construction: No adhesives or synthetic seals that could degrade over time.
- Extended Service Life: Durable materials and advanced pleating techniques enhance performance.
- Customizable Options: Multiple core, wire, media, and end seal choices for specific applications.
- Factory Recovery Available: Sewn-end filters can be refurbished and reused, reducing costs and waste.
