Overview:
Air & Gas Filtration’s Side Arm Air & Gas Filters, Series F20 and F22, are designed for efficient air and gas filtration with a unique bottom outlet connection. This orientation reduces pressure drop (ΔP) by eliminating the need for an elbow, making them both cost-effective and performance-driven. These filters are ideal for protecting compressors, blowers, turbines, and other pipeline equipment.

• Standard Connections: Male NPT (MT) or flat face flanges (FF) matching 150# ANSI standard.

  • 304SS media support screen and/or center cores (replace “K” in part number with “N” for 304SS core and screen, or “Q” for 304SS core with epoxy-coated aluminum screen).
• Efficiency Levels:
  • 10µ for general filtration.
  • 4µ High Efficiency for finer particles.
  • 0.3µ coalescing for removing 98% of dust, dirt, and fine mists.
• Specialized Media: Available for elevated temperatures or specific chemical resistance requirements.

Coalescing Services:
For coalescing applications, housings should be installed with reversed flow:

• Inlet flow travels to the inside of the filter element, passing through the media to the outside.
• Coalesced liquids collect in the sump area below.
